I have just ocmpleted my first EDU600 assignment and found the process covered in the writing sessions very helpful in clarifying my thinking for this task. The explanation of the progression from annotated bibliography to literature review has been particularly helpful, as has the recommendation to move the reference towards the end of the paragraph so that it becomes more “theme dominant” rather than “author dominant”. A question (possibly a dumb one) has just occurred to me in writing this - does the “author dominant” structure sit more with annotated bibliography and the “theme dominant” approach better fit the lit review?
