It’s remarkably easy to go on a course, learn STUFF and then leave - armed with really really good intentions…

Implementing those intentions seems to be a whole other thing.  Perhaps for training courses like these to be truly effective there needs to be some kind of follow-up, something to retain focus so that the skills are retained?

It’s cold and rainy — and chocolate pistachio fudge sounds really appealing right now :)
