This is a great variation on coleslaw salad, for those that do not like mayonaise or creamy dressings.

1/2 cabbage sliced

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar

Thanks very much for the recipes. I have a friend who makes a similar version. I think she originally got the inspiration from a recipe on a package of noodles.
