Thing 1 is to read about the program so that you understand what you can expect, and what is expected of you.
Everyone doing the 23 Things needs to do this exercise, even those who did some of the 23 Things last year.

By the end of this Thing, you will know what is being covered and what you should do each week.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO BEFORE YOU CAN TICK OFF THING 1
- Read the About and Timetable pages.
- Ask Kathryn or your supervisor any questions you have about completing the program.
- Work out when you are going to fit in your 23 Things work into your week.
